All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While we use proven strategies and best practices, we do not guarantee specific results, including:

  • Sales volume
  • Ranking positions
  • Profit margins

Amazon’s platform is dynamic, and performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client data as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except:

  • As required to perform services
  • With your consent

Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary strategies or materials shared.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, strategies, and deliverables created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
